In-house belt filter for sludge treatment
An example of a sludge treatment product is our in-house developed band filter. A functional and robust solution for aquaculture. The belt filter consists of solid and standardized technology with first-class material selection. Our belt filters are supplied with adapted filter cloth, from coarse to fine mesh.
Robust technology for demanding environments
Unique belt filter has its own cleaning systems of the filter cloth, which maintain and provide the desired cleaning effect under varying conditions and water qualities. On several models, we can offer “hybrid cleaning”. Hybrid cleaning system consists of rotating brush cleanings, air cleanings, and traditional cleanings with flushing water. The various cleaning methods can be run in parallel, or separately. The belt filter can also be supplied with an automated system for sludge treatment and can be supplemented with solutions that compress the sludge (“dewater”). Compressed sludge makes it even easier to handle the waste after the cleaning process.
