The belt filters consist of solid and standardized technology with first-class material selection. Band filters are delivered customized and contain, among other things, a large selection of filter cloth, from coarse to fine mesh, and the system is scaled to suit your wishes and filtration needs.
Unik belt filter has its own cleaning systems of the filter cloth that maintain and provide the desired cleaning effect under varying conditions and water qualities. On several models, we offer something called “hybrid cleaning”. Hybrid cleaning systems consist of cleaning with a rotating brush, air cleaning, and traditional cleaning with flushing water. The various cleaning methods can be run parallel or separately. The belt filter can also be supplied with an automated system for sludge treatment, which can also be supplemented with solutions that compress the sludge (“dewater”). This makes it even easier to handle waste after the cleaning process.
