UV – Environmentally friendly and efficient
UV (ultraviolet radiation) is regarded worldwide as an incredibly reliable, cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for disinfecting water.
UV radiation destroys the genetic structure of microorganisms in water and prohibits the organisms’ ability to reproduce. Bacteria, viruses and cysts in the water are effectively inactivated (disinfection efficiency 99.99%).
Approved and Ø-norm certified
Our facilities cover all needs and capacities. They are approved by FHI (public health institute) and hold Ø-norm certification.
The product composition of our UV facilities is a combination of in-house Optimal UV aggregates (individual capacities from 15m3/h to 414 m3/h), and our LIT DUV-xA facilities with almost unlimited capacity.
The UV system is supplied with a control cabinet containing all necessary instruments, timers, lamp indicators and power.

To ensure operation, effectiveness, expected lifetime and warranty; original products must be used within the warranty period. Only Unik Filtersystem sells original parts from LIT.
